Privacy policy

Only what is needed to publish your listing and keep a record of the payment behind it:

The website address you submit, its domain, the display name and one line of copy shown on the board, the icon fetched for it, the country you chose, the amount paid, and the times the listing was created and last changed.

Alongside it we keep an order record with the same details, the payment identifier returned by our processor, and whether the payment settled. That record is how a payment can be traced to a listing if anything goes wrong.

Card details. Payment is taken entirely on Dodo Payments's own checkout page. No card number, expiry or security code ever reaches this site.

Your email address. This site does not ask for one and does not store one. Dodo Payments collects it on their checkout page to send your receipt, and they hold it under their own privacy policy.

Your name, address or tax details. Where a payment requires billing information, it is collected and held by Dodo Payments, not by us.

Treat the listing form as public writing. The name, description, link and country you submit are shown to everyone who visits, and they are the entire point of the purchase. Do not put anything private in those fields.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Website icons are fetched through Google's public favicon service, which means your browser requests those images from Google.

Dodo Payments — payments, as merchant of record. They handle card data, billing details, receipts and tax.

Turso — hosts the database holding listings and order records.

Vercel — hosts and serves the site, and keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and there are no marketing emails.

Listings remain while they are on the board. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require, since they are proof of a transaction. Expired territory leases are removed from the board but the payment record behind them is retained.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for a listing to be corrected, or ask for it to be taken down. Email support@bestarmy.world from the address you paid from. Note that removing a listing does not refund it — see the refund policy — and payment records are kept where the law requires it. For anything held by Dodo Payments, contact them directly, as they are the controller of that data.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the updated version.
